If for any reason you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused and unworn item in its original condition as long as you contact us on email support@XXXX.com within 30 days from delivery date (based on tracking).

Return & Exchanges Conditions (Unused and Unworn Items):
- Between 1st to 14th day from the original receipt of the order (according to tracking number) - Exchanges and Refunds for unused and unworn items are accepted.
- Between 15th to 30th day from the original receipt of the order (according to tracking number) - ONLY Exchanges will be accepted for unused and unworn items.
- The products must be returned in brand new, original form, resale-able condition. Products that are altered or damaged (scratches, wreckage, broken on purpose, etc.) do not qualify and will be discarded and refused refund. This will be carefully inspected and checked by our experienced jewelry engineers. Our company reserves the right to make the final call on conditions of the returned items.
- There are NO returns for refunds/exchanges on any of
- Bling Legend's Custom or Made-To-Order items.
- 15% restocking fee (of total cart value, excluding shipping or insurances) will be deducted for every return case. Shipping fee is always non-refundable.
- Exchange cases will not be subjected to restocking fees.
- Items returned without authorisation will not be acknowledged and will be refused refund.
- Authorisation form can be obtained by emailing our support at support@XXXX.com.
- Once Authorisation form has been released, customers will be required to ship the parcel back to our address within 30 business days or the return/exchange case will be automatically close and cannot be raised again.
- Exchanges for different color, length, or type of jewelry may be subjected to recalculation of total order bill, and in such scenarios, we’d work with you on a partial refund or top-up.
- Each order is only entitled to one-time return.
- Shipping paid on returned items is non-refundable and paid by customer. **
365-Day Warranty Conditions (Used Items OR Customs with Issues):
Bling Legend sident offers 365 Days warranty on every order, whether In-Stock or Custom Jewelry (calculated from the day of receipt).
- Used jewelry that has any problems WITHIN 14 days of delivered date:Bling Legend offers free remakes/reships/replaces the jewelry (whichever is more effective), customers will need to pay for the shipping fee for reshipments.
- Used jewelry that has any problems AFTER 14 days of delivered date: Bling Legend refunds 10% of jewelry price (after discounted price paid by customer and shipping costs, if applicable), or issues a no-time limit store credit of the same amount to customer.
- Applies to all Used In-Stock items or Custom items.
Exceptions To The Above – All Custom Jewelry / Made-to-order Jewelry:
- There are NO returns for refunds/exchanges on any of Bling Legend's Custom or Made-To-Order items.
- All of our Customized Necklaces are guaranteed under our 365 Days Warranty. The warranty entitles you to a one-time repair/replate of the piece - free of charge. You will need to ship the item back to our designated address on your own cost.
- Bling Legend will repair/remake the item if you experience any defects in craftsmanship or breakage.
- However, if the returned item is inspected to be damaged because of rough or improper use, then Bling Legend will not be held responsible.
- Subsequently, there is a 55 USD repair fee if you encounter future problems (2nd time onwards).
Bling Legend will not reimburse or be liable to pay for return shipping costs or re-delivery expedited shipping costs unless the following circumstances are met:
- Customer received wrong item because of our mistake in order processing OR
- Item is received broken or defective because of our fault (Customer has to inform of any defects or broken Jewelry within 24 hours of receiving order based on tracking number for this claim to be valid).
How To Return?
When packing, please carefully place the item back into the original packaging (box, sponges, plastic covers) with any original tags still intact. The return must be presented in its original packaging with the jewelry box, pouch and card. We will inspect the whole parcel thoroughly to ensure it is still in resalable condition.
If checks and inspections do not meet the before stated conditions, we reserve all rights to reject refunds or exchanges of any sorts. We do not currently provide return shipping labels for return or exchange cases.
How Long Will It Take To Process My Return?
Due to the volume of orders we process, please take note that we require at least 3 to 4 weeks to process and inspect return parcels. Please be patient and respect the time needed for us to do this work for you.
When return parcels are successfully approved for refund, it will take approximately 5 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed (by both our system and your bank) AFTER we have issued refund, before the money appears on your bank statement.
